An old mansion, later expanded into a magnificent castle, located right off Valensole, is now a bed and breakfast. From the castle, one has a nice view of a beautifully constructed garden and surroundings.

On top of a cliff above the small village of Trigance is a real Middle Aged castle converted into a hotel with 10 rooms and a restaurant. From the castle there is a wonderful view of Trigance and the surrounding areas. It is possible to have lunch or dinner in the restaurant also for those not staying at the hotel

Le Château des Alpilles
Outside St-Remy-de-Provence lies Château des Alpilles in tranquil gardens. The main building and farm building has been converted into a hotel and it has a very nice restaurant in the main building.

In the hills behind Vence is Château St. Martin, lies a luxury hotel and spa built in the ancient ruins from the 1200s. In the fashionable premises one has all the luxury you could wish for, including a restaurant with two stars in the Michelin guide – Le Saint Martin.

In the small village of Boulbon they have rebuilt a mansion from the 1800’s into a luxurious modern hotel, with swimming pool andrestaurant in beautiful surroundings.

Château Berne
Winery, hotel and a well renowned restaurant – all to make the stay a pleasure at Château Berne. The hotel is beautifully situated in its own vineyards and arranges wine tastings and cooking classes for guests.
Hostellerie Berard
In the charming little Middle Aged town of La Cadière d’ Azur several buildings are in the city center, including an old monastery, linked to a hotel with just over 40 rooms with a courtyard in the middle. There is a separate spa attached to the hotel and they arrange cooking classes and wine tastings for guests.
Le Riboto de Taven
The guest house La Riboto de Taven is lying at the foot of a cliff just outside the city of Les Baux de Provence, and several of the rooms are carved into the rock. Besides the ability to stay in these cave-like rooms, the guest house has a wonderful restaurant and a nice view of Les Baux de Provence.
